Jamie Hamilton
CEO, Founder and Technical Lead
Jamie has served as CEO, CTO and VP of Engineering in multiple venture-backed startups. Starting as founder or first employee, he has built world-class teams and industry-leading products, which have been acquired by public and private companies. His last company, AnswerLogic, became the search platform of ATG, which was purchased by Oracle for $1b in 2010. Jamie has worked as a search and tagging consultant for top publishing, financial, and non-profit clients. He studied cognitive science at Harvard, and performed research in the Brain and Cognitive Science department at MIT. Jamie developed the algorithms that run within our Curation Dashboard and manages the ongoing development of Categorical’s software and technology solutions.
